Amanda is originally from Virginia, and moved to Seattle area with her family.
Amanda takes part in many academic activities, such as American Medical Student Association and Biological and Life Sciences Community, and she was a teaching assistant during her college years, assisting in review sessions, writing exams and quizzes.
Amanda brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to our team. After joining Seattle Asbestos Test, LLC, Amanda demonstrated that she posses the scientific background and specific microscopic/analytical skills needed to become a great asbestos analyst. She is very eager to serve the clients, yet remains professional at all times. Amanda is quick to learn. She attended NIOSH 582 class and mastered the concepts exceptionally well, passing the exams with a perfect score. Amanda is now NIOSH 582 certified. Amanda is a good team player, works well with her co-workers and supervisors, and not hesitate to seek advice and help when needed.
Amanda loves reading and running, and she is an expert in making specialty coffee drinks.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Virginia Tech, with a minor in Chemistry.
