Lab QA Manual
Seattle Asbestos Test has developed one of the most comprehensive and through Quality Assurance programs in the industry and its QA Manual comprises every important aspects of daily laboratory activities.
The QA Manual clearly outlines the laboratory organization and responsibilities of the Laboratory Director, Quality Assurance Manager and the other employees, and the requirements for its employees in terms of qualifications and training. It describes the lab’s existing equipment and its capabilities, and the maintaining and updating methods.
The QA manual addresses issues involving process control and material procurement, and sample handling and chain of custody.
Data processing and data management is also discussed in a separate chapter.
In-house quality control is a very important process in Seattle Asbestos Test, and the QA Manual lists ways of implementing it.
It’s not possible to maintain a perfect status within the lab, and the QA Manual establish a system where corrective actions will be properly and promptly taken.
