After joining Seattle Asbestos Test, LLC, Jessica has demonstrated that she is able to perform under fast-paced environment, and now is able to handle moderate to heavy sample load with reasonable accuracy. The QA/AC rate is 75% to 100%. Jessica is very good at sorting out complicated layers in a sample and can independently describe samples with good accuracy up to 10 layers.

In terms of slide preparation, Jessica is able to prepare almost all insulation samples correctly, and able to prepare half NOB samples. Jessica can independently identify Chrysotile, Amosite, Glass Fiber, Cellulose, Polyethylene, and Mineral Wools and can identify Crocidolite, Actinolite, and various kinds of Sythetic Fibers with limited supervision. Jessica sets up good examples for the new empoyees and has demonstrated good ability to supervise when needed.
