Our Mission
To meet the needs of our clients through quality laboratory analytical services and satisfactory field and consulting services by providing accurate and affordable testing results and by performing on-site field services if needed.
Our Vision
Our laboratory will be comprised of individuals committed to our mission and values, and the application for the highest professional practices and standards.
We will provide quality services to our clients by understanding their individual needs, by recognizing and defining our roles and responsibilities, by measuring our effectiveness, and by empowering and requiring accountability of our laboratory members.
Our services will be seamless and respected throughout all areas of our responsibility, particularly among the asbestos analytical laboratories, and will be nationally recognized as a model of quality laboratory services.
We will create and maintain a professional and supportive work environment where we can achieve our full potential, freely express our abilities, participate in decision-making, celebrate our achievements and recognize and acknowledge our shortcomings, and seek change as means for continual improvement.
